Avascular means without vessle and Necro means death, is the status of inspections. Then, the treatment of vascular fibular grafting (FVFG), in which part of the fibula and the blood supply is removed and transplanted in the top femural. theamount of disability resulting from avascular necrosis depends on what part of the bone is affected, its size is a field, and how effectively the reconstruction of the bone. The process of bone rebuilding takes place after the accident and during normal growth. Normally, bone continuously breaks off and is building - old bone is resorbed and replaced by new bone. The process keeps the skeleton strong and helps maintain a balance of minerals. In avascular necrosis, but the healing process is often inefficient and deteriorating bones faster than the body can repair them. If left untreated, the disease advances, the bone is destroyed and deteriorate the surface of the joint, causing pain and arthritis. Good luck buddy, I hope you will find a cure for it.
