Some clubs hire Aero aircraft tachometer and Hobbs time, no time. What is the difference between the two?

Hobbs time begins recording when the engine is running and oil pressure switch is closed to time be counted. 1 hr Hobbs is 1 hour.

The speedometer registers min 1 hours travel time for each hour of the clock at 1800 rpm. If the speed is high, you burn more than 1 hours drive every hour. When the engine speed below 1800 rpm, we recorded less than 1 hours drive every hour.

Since I was in the middle of my private pilot'm obviously, I can answer this question. The hour meter time is the electrical system (master) is selected, the tachometer time when the engine is running. Following should be noted, is time, tachometer, only 80%, while the engine is idling (below 1000 rpm)
