Vegetarian Stew Vegetarian Stew Recipes?

Vegetarian stew recipes? - vegetarian stew

I am a vegetarian, but my husband is not. But she loves the soy meats, stews and soups to do but misses her mother with the real meat. I want to make a good soup tonight, but the only "fake meat" that I have is that hamburger hamburgers. Has anyone a good recipe for stew meat? Stew or another without too much meat, so you can not, the courts in the cold. :)

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 / 2 medium onion, chopped

NOTES:
1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and season with bay leaves, cumin, oregano and salt. Black Bean and Salsa Soup
INGREDIENTS:
2 (15 oz) cans black beans,
drained and rinsed
1 1 / 2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup chunky salsa 1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 tablespoons finely chopped

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion into ½ inch
1 sweet potato
2 carrots
£ 1 banana or Hubbard squash
1 cup parsnips
2 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
2 cups low-salt, low fat vegetable broth
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 (10 oz) frozen peas

1 bunch cilantro sprigs, washed and chopped green onions


Peel the onion and ½ inch thick in the columns.
Peel the sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkins and turnips, cut ¾ inch.
Peel and finely chop the garlic press.
Rinse bell peppers, stems, seeds and cut into slices ½ inch.

Cook the onions, sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, parsnips, garlic and stir 1 cup of broth in a covered pan 10 minutes.
Add a few tablespoons of water, the mixture begins to stick to the pan.

Add 1 cup of broth with red pepper, tomato sauce, lemon juice, and fellEnemies at home.

I do not have Stews (sure whether the difference!) Recently much because they so easily and effortlessly. I have the Quorn pieces of potato, peas, lentils and other vegetables, I have to give others in a large bowl, then add water and a can of tomatoes and vegetables in the oven and let cook. I Suet vegetarian, that I add the flour, then add dumplings and the pot in the last 20 minutes. If I do the liquid thickens and then add the corn flour, not so smooth.

Well, I'm a vegetarian does not know that many of chopped vegetables Relli, but I tried a few times on some vo til soft, add a small onion in a little oil, then the chopped meat and a few minutes after adding the THT leeks carrots (although their vegetables fav but leeks and carrots are easy enough for a stew) I guess you made it a stew before him, then away, but be sure to have a lot of add effects on your hair soft and pleasant.

OMG I'm 13 and know how to cook many foods and is married to his more than 18 years as obiously probs and I do not know how to be a soup, my God, this disgusting to cook. Go learn to cook!

Enjoy the goodness of healthy oil carrot stew:

C 3 leeks - washed and shredded
in 1 / 2 "pieces
1 cl Garlic - crushed
1 TB olive oil
2 c Carrots, raw sound - and deleted
finely chopped
1 potato raw red c - fine

Tomato paste 2 TB
PN dried thyme
PN dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c vegetable broth
1 / 2 c ripe Pliva - Boneless
Minced

Sauté onion and garlic in oil in a saucepan, 4-quart.
When the leeks are tender, add all vegetables and other
Spices. Add broth, cover and bring to a boil.

It depends on what kind of stew, "" taste is really after. Personally, I grew up with curry and chili instead of soup. Whether the nuances of chili, you can certainly also the wrong hash. Add cabbage, potatoes, beans, lentils, tomatoes and hot sauce. It is very good and thick.
